We got ready to go to the beach the next morning and realized the battery on the camera was dead. And don't you know I was not so happy.
The boys got up early that morning and went on an adventure with Pops. He took them down to the beach, but figured out that wasn't going to work out when Sam was 50 yards ahead of him and Ben was 25 yards behind him. So, they headed to the pool where Ben promptly jumped in water over his head and Pops had to save him. Ben let out a little scream when he realized he was still alive and then he was ready for more fun! They checked out the wading pool, the indoor pool, and the hot tub before they headed back to the condo. All that adventure and Chris and I were still in bed when they got back!
Caren and her kiddos came by too. Ben was happy to play in the sand. Sam, Kate, and Cole played in the waves. Chris was picking them up and throwing them into the waves when he felt something under his feet. He thought one of the kids was under the water and couldn't get up so he grabbed at it and ended up with a stingray in his hands!
In the picture above, we made a quick run to Wal-Mart that afternoon and Ben fell asleep in the cart!
Back at the condo, playing Legos.
Making dinner at the condo ... margarita time!
