March

Life was busy in March!  I've got a bunch of photos in the backlog, so I'm posting them all at once.  Be prepared for randomness ...

We all got together for Andrea's birthday.  It was so much fun!  Melanie made a yummy tiramisu.

Chris only grabbed one photo of Joel, so of course it's going on the blog!

Lulu and Pops were here for Spring Break.  We all got together for dinner one night.

We met Ian, Roya, and Liam for lunch at Gloria's one Sunday.

The weather was gorgeous so the kiddos played outside on the playground and in the sand afterwards.

This is Sam's favorite place to play.  His closet.  It's a boat, a spaceship, a castle, etc.  Ben likes to go along for the ride.  Sam has a great imagination and it's pretty amazing that Ben can keep up.

This guys are best buds now.  Play, play, play.

Rainy days, bean bag chairs, and TV.

Ben has started dropping his nap on the weekends.  This may be one of my last sleepy-baby moments.

Cooking dinner.

Dinner fit.  Very common.  Either Sam or Ben every night.  We are ecstatic when we make it through dinner without one.

Favorite dessert.  Nestle Drumsticks (Lil' Drums)

Paciugo gelato after dinner.

Playing in the creek.

Gorgeous weather means lots of sandbox time and dinner outside.

Weekday lunch with Chris at Gloria's.

Dunkin' Donuts on the weekend.

Dunkin' Donuts before school.

Pillow pets before school.

Rocketship Park

3 - 2 - 1 ... BLAST OFF !!!

We went to this amazing city park on St. Patrick's Day.  We have had some beautiful weather in March and we've wanted to soak in every moment of sun we could.  The boys could not believe there is a park like this so close to their house.  They keep asking us to take them to another (amazing) park they've never been to before.

This is the three story rocketship for bigger kids.  Ben is not quite big enough to do this on his own at 2.5 years old, especially with the bigger kids running around.  There were lots of kids out playing with green hair on clothes on St. Patrick's Day.

This is the toddler area.  Ben tried it out, but it was not as exciting.

Sam couldn't quite figure out how to get off this thing.

Mr. Big Stuff

I really didn't think anything of letting Ben go down the three story slides by himself, but he rolled and hit his head the first time down.  Then he wanted to go down in our laps for a few times.  I was too scared!  Not too scared to go on my own, just too scared to take Ben with me.

Chris had to go down with him.

Love those eyes!

I think we were a little too big!

There is a creek running next to the park.  This called for extra running and crocodile hunting.
