
Well, our house is officially for sale now. It's funny how you can become emotionally attached to a house after nine years. We are really sad to be leaving it (if we can sell it). We've just outgrown it. We are especially going to miss the kitchen, backyard/pool/spa, and the park down the street! We've been out to see a few houses. We've seen some possibilities, but nothing that we're "in love" with.
We're listing it for $206,900 which is way less than we've invested in it. Have we learned our lesson?
